This is so we can supply multiple events back to back.

Extending the Hire Period
Earlier Set Up – additional £2500
Later Break – additional £2500

Costs Breakdown:

Crew and Transport Costs for each show: £5500
(6 strong team, travel, lorry driver and hire, admin, food)

Company Overheads: £1000
(Yard Rental, vehicle maintenance, office staff, accountancy etc)

Surplus: £2500
(Ware and Tare, reinvestment, replacement, manufacture)

Total Hire Fee: £9K
